DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

Access to a studio space is available upon request. Availability is limited, so please reach out to book at least 4 weeks in advance.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION?

Sessions are best booked during your second trimester. I will schedule your due date on my calendar, but allow for flexibility as baby's arrival can be unpredictable. Once baby arrives, a final date and time will be scheduled within the first 7-14 days of baby being born.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STUDIO-STYLE NEWBORN & LIFESTYLE SESSIONS?

Studio Newborn sessions include professional studio lighting, equipment, and the use of props. They are posed, and focus on classic portraiture. With Lifestyle Sessions, your home becomes the backdrop. The focus is on everyday life. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH A NEWBORN SESSION?

For all my newborn sessions, I come to your home and bring everything with me- professional lighting, props, blankets, wraps, etc. Sessions typically last 1.5- 2 hours (sometimes longer). I offer two different newborn package options: Lifestyle and Heirloom Studio.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS FOR NEWBORNS?

Yes, I do! I invest in beautiful props from top vendors from all over the world! Your choice of props will be picked out prior to the session. My goal is always to create setups that focus on your baby and not the props. I love to create my images with neutral earth tones and textures. If there is something special you want to bring to have your baby photographed with please let me know ahead of time. I will be happy to incorporate it into your baby's session.

I SAW AN IDEA ON PINTEREST, CAN YOU RE-CREATE THAT IMAGE?

I will always do my best to capture any idea or style you may have in mind. However, baby's safety and comfort is my number one priority! A lot of what you see on Pinterest or around the internet may in fact be a composite image- aka "Photoshop magic". That being said, NO pose is guaranteed. Each baby has their own likes and dislikes. All my Newborn sessions are "baby led". This means if baby is not happy with a certain pose, I will move on.

I MISSED THE NEWBORN WINDOW AND MY BABY IS OVER 2 WEEKS OLD. WILL YOU STILL PHOTOGRAPH THEM?

Yes, however, please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and will most likely be awake the entire session. Ideal newborn age for a session is 7-14 days.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?

All full sessions include styling assistance or a custom style guide. This helps give you a visual idea on what styles & colors photograph best. Keep in mind, this is just a guide, and by no means set rules. If you want help styling your family, I'm here to help!

HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I GET?

I choose the BEST images from your session to edit. And every image is hand-edited! For a quick reference, with a Mini Session, you get 20-25 images. For a full session you will get a minimum of 40 images.

HOW SOON UNTIL I GET MY PICTURES BACK?

Turnaround time is typically 2.5-3 weeks.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS?

At this moment, I do not advertise that I photograph weddings. Right now, there is too much of a time commitment to weddings that would take away time from my own family & raising littles. **Occasionally, I will do very small ceremonies if my schedule allows.**

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

I do offer payment plan options for any full session. A payment plan can be set up in incruments of 2 or 3 installments, and must be paid in full by the time of your session. If this is something you're interested in, please email me, and I will get something set up for you!
